Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help you manage day-to-day life by challenging the way feel, think and behave, focusing on solutions to problems, rather than the problems themselves.

This knowledge and forward-looking focus can prove very empowering, and the hypnosis section of your session offers an opportunity to relax and engage your subconcisous mind in making those solutions a reality.
Over time hypnosis can build more positive neural pathways in the brain so the improvements you experience feel like natural developments rather than forced change. This can make you feel better about life and look more positively towards the future.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality will be maintained in our sessions, except in rare and exceptional circumstances where I may consult with another professional (eg. GP) as a duty of care towards you.
Session structure
Sessions last for 50/60 minutes and are usually once a week at the same time each week.
Sessions can be in person or online or a combination of both.
Number of sessions
Generally solution focused hypnotherapy will require 8 - 12 sessions, sometimes less, sometimes more.
Working with phobias is offered as a 4 session course.
Smoking cessation is offered as a one-off session.
